The guidance suggests that you:
- define hybrid working in your business
 - consider your strategic goals
 - decide how to effectively recruit and manage hybrid workers
 - ensure that your hybrid working policies and practice are inclusive to avoid any unintended consequences.
 - train your managers to manage hybrid teams and support hybrid workers
 - continue to listen to your employees as they describe their experiences
 - remember that hybrid working is still evolving so adopt a flexible approach.
